As Product Manager within Palital you have a global responsibility for product strategy, as well as portfolio-development of our unique additives with a focus on pigs.

You are the first point of contact in the organization for additive (enzymes & butyrate) related questions. You spread information to and between the different departments within Palital, including management, sales, marketing, production, supply chain and R&D.

You do this by:

• Following up of new market trends in the area of enzymes and butyrate;

• Calculating yearly budgets and securing profits in line with determined strategies;

• Creating the product marketing plan. You translate the sales objectives together with the Sales & Marketing Director and the Regional Sales Manager.

• Regularly reporting the progress and activities to the Head of Product Management;

• Globally directing and coaching of the sales managers. You offer them relevant help or coaching where needed.

Our ideal profile

• Bachelor's degree in the direction of Animal Nutrition, Bio- engineer,veterinarian or comparable

• A minimum of 5 years’ worth of relevant work experience in the field of animal feed

• Excellent knowledge of the English language

• Living in the Benelux

• Willing to travel internationally for 30% of the time
