Your mission? In this role you will be accountable for the further geographical development of our strong brand Palital in order to achieve the company’s further growth and turnover ambitions
Together with the Area Sales Manager you will set up the commercial strategy, translate and implement this within your area (Benelux) via a sales plan, securing business continuity
You will analyze the market potential within Benelux, follow up existing customer s and generate (new) sales leads with new prospective customers
You provide basic application technical expertise and know how to feed mills, pre-mix and integrator companies
You are part of our Sales team that is supported by Product Management, R&D colleagues and a dedicated service team

Palital is a young and active company, with a clear focus on producing and selling sustainable additives for animal feed in livestock farming. We are experts in butyrates, coated urea, flavorings and sweeteners, enzymes and essential oils for the animal feed industry.
Our ideal profile
Educated and know-how in agricultural business and/or food and health business and/or equivalent
Has practical experience in sales & marketing of preferable feed/food additives, pharmaceuticals and/or feed/food ingredients or equivalent
A practical solution seller who takes a hands-on approach and is driven to achieve results
Has multi-lingual abilities, English (essential), Dutch or local (native) language(s)
Is aware of the importance of business networking and interact with key external contacts such as prospects, important clients, opinion leaders, influencers etc.
